SWS is the Cliffs-related organization that implements, sustains, and monitors the wellness initiatives of its corporate clients with the intent of maximizing employee health and wellness while producing savings in costs of employee health services.

Preserve Health provides medical consultations base on health risk appraisals of the employees of corporate clients of SWS.  These interactions include interpretation of results of blood testing and other diagnostic methods.  Personal Wellness Coaches and other health services delivered at the client’s site are provided.
