Our hours of operation are 8 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday.  Services are available by appointment only.  Appointments can be conveniently scheduled through our website at www.PreserveHealth.com or by telephone at 864.836.5322.  We strive to offer appointments on the same day or when the patient requests.
