It is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the Preserve Health office within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Not showing up for an appointment takes away an opportunity from another person to receive care. A failure to keep a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “No Show.” We incur the cost of dedicated providers and staff to provide scheduled appointments. We understand that there are legitimate reasons for a missed appointment. If there is an ongoing pattern of missed appointments, we may ask you to find another provider. A $50 fee will be charged for an appointment that is missed without notifying Preserve Health.
