How do I express a complaint and get a response?
 
 

We strongly encourage patients to communicate concerns directly during the visit, or by email at www.PreserveHealth.com, or by phone or by post mail. It is through the feedback from our patients that we are able to identify those areas that need improvement. We would also like to hear about you positive experiences as well. Patients who wish to submit concerns in writing, can do so by mail at Preserve Health, 135 Botanical Circle, Travelers Rest, S.C. 29690. Our goal is to provide our patients with a 24 hour turn-around time with regard to concerns or complaints.
